IMPORTANT INFORMATION OF ALL INDIA ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2024

Master of Science Audiology & Master of Science Speech Language Pathology:
Candidates should possess a BASLP (Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology) / B.Sc. (Speech and Hearing) degree awarded by any recognized institute or any other Equivalent Degree recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India with 55% marks in the aggregate.
Master of Science (Clinical Psychology):
Candidates with B. A / B.Sc. in Psychology / Applied Psychology / Counseling Psychology / Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 50% of Marks from any University recognized by the UGC in regular mode.
Post Graduate Diploma in Early Intervention:
Candidates who have passed M.B.B.S./ BAMS / BUMS / BSMS / BNYS or Equivalent Degree, BOT / BPT / BASLP / B.Ed-SE / or Equivalent Degree, B.Sc Nursing, Post Graduate in Psychology /Social Work / Special Education / Child Development or Equivalent Degree with 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examinations.
M.Phil (Clinical Psychology):
Candidates with M.A. / M.Sc. Degree in Psychology from a university recognized by the UGC with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST category, a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is essential.


MODE OF SELECTION

  • Mode of Selection
    Selection will be based on the marks secured by the candidates in the Entrance Examination, followed by merit-based counseling conducted by the Admission Monitoring Committee (AMC) of VMRF-DU.
    M.Phil Clinical Psychology - Selection will be based on the marks secured by the candidates in the Entrance Examination and in the interview. Merit based counselling will be done after the interview by the Admission Monitoring Committee (AMC) of VMRF-DU.
    Candidates who obtain 50% marks in the Entrance examination will qualify for the interview.
    Results will be published on the Notice Board and the University website at www.vmrfdu.edu.in

  • Anti-Ragging Measures
    Ragging is strictly prohibited in Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation (Deemed to be University) campuses. The university strictly enforces anti-ragging measures, and the campus is free from any form of ragging. Any violation will be dealt with according to the law in force and in accordance with the directives of the Honorable Supreme Court of India and the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi

    • All admissions are subject to fulfillment of all the prescribed eligibility conditions by the candidate. If it is found either at the time of admission or at a later stage, that the candidate has given false information / forged certificates or concealed material information, his / her admission shall be cancelled and the student shall be dismissed from the college immediately.
    • The VMRF (Deemed to be University) reserves the right to change the curriculum, course structure and the rules relating to admission, examinations, fee structure, refunds, etc.
    • All disputes arising in the interpretation and implementation of the provisions in this prospectus will be referred to the Vice-Chancellor of this University and the Vice-Chancellor’s decision shall be final and binding.
    • In respect of matters relating to or arising out of this prospectus the jurisdiction shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Salem only.
